Alison Blackler - Headshot.jpg

Hi, My Name is Alison Blackler. I am a Mind Coach, Facilitator and Published Author. I am keen to connect with people who want to be part of the solution rather than the problem. My business is called 2minds, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, teams, leaders and groups for over 20 years helping them understand this powerful piece of kit!

My work is experiential, innovative and brings to life neuroscience. I believe if we understand more about our thoughts, feelings and behaviours we have an opportunity to make changes. For me, it is all about finding your own path – when I realised that I had to do things my own way, this was very freeing.  I wasn’t always confident and my journey is an integral part of my business. We are all unique and need to explore the best approach.

I have a number of ways you can connect with me. I have published 2 self help books – A Path Travelled – how to make sense of your life – taking you on a journey of self discovery. And A Path Travelled – how to make sense of relationships, which covers all aspects of an intimate relationship.

I also have an online Master Class Programme which is 12 videos bringing to life the content of the book which is great for people who prefer to watch rather than read. A safe space Facebook community of like-minded people to unlock powerful self-development tools to boost confidence, self-esteem, and happiness. Bringing weekly livestreams, learning sessions and Q&As.And, a new podcast called ‘Mental Wealth’. The podcast is like a jigsaw with lots of small steps. Each week we’ll talk about a different topic with plenty of tangible tips for you to try. I’ll also be inviting some special guests onto the podcast and make sure to watch out for some occasional bonus episodes.
